Sale Terms (end user version)
These are the terms of use ("Terms of Use") for your use of services or features on the sites owned and controlled by Lighting Ever LTD("LightingEVER"), including www.lepro.co.uk (the "Sites"). Lighting Ever LTD is taking full responsibility for all the transactions from the website, and handling the dispute management, refunds, cancellations, returns & customer support.
These terms of sale (These "Terms Of Sale") Govern your purchase of any goods offered by Lighting Ever LTD on www.lepro.co.uk please read these terms of sales carefully. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that way apply to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and have agreed to be bound By these terms of sale without limitation or qualifications. These terms of sale are subject to modification without prior written notice and at any time in LE's sole discretion.
0) Definition.
LE: Lighting Ever Ltd.
Goods: shall mean products, manufactured by LE or imported by LE and featuring its branding, the current list of such products being included at [LED lighting, adaptor, sockets, camera, wire,cable, switch, sensors and etc.];
Distributor’s Online Channels: shall mean websites registered in the name of the Distributor which it uses to sell the Goods to its customers;
1) Goods.
LE may discontinue any goods at any time without notice. The goods prices displayed on this Site do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price.
2) Price Errors.
Our goal is a 100% error-free Site. If goods price errors are discovered, they are promptly corrected on our system, and the corrected price will apply. We will notify you if your order includes items that were incorrectly priced. And we have the right to cancel the order.
3) Orders.
Orders are not binding upon lepro.co.uk until accepted. lepro.co.uk reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
4) Payment.
Payment can be made with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, direct deposit and wire transfer. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
5) Sales Tax and VAT.
If you order from LE website in Europe, LE must collect VAT tax according to EU and UK law.
6) Delivery.
“In Stock” status Order will be shipped in 1 business day. “Backorder” status order will be shipped according to manufacturing time.

8) Return & Restocking Policy.*
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered uniformly;You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
We would like you to return the goods to us completely in the original packaging. Otherwise we will have to charge you 15% of the order value.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Returns of orders that we do not accept.
1, For international orders, any additional charges such as international shipping, duty or local tax are non-refundable.
2, Customized products cannot be returned. The product warranty is available.
3, The order over € 1,000 cannot be returned. Please test the sample for the first time. The product warranty is available.
4, If the goods arrive damaged or incorrectly, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. No claims for damages after this period, the goods cannot be authorized for replacement projects.
5, Returns without an authorized return number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
6, Christmas products are eligible for a return or exchange with one exception: Christmas products are not eligible for a return for any reason after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was made.
7, Returns must be in a salable condition and with the manufacturer's original packaging.
9) Incorrect and Damaged Shipments.
LE will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment. Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.
10) Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law,lepro.co.uk shall not be liable for any special, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages (including lost or anticipated revenues or profits relating to the same), arising from any claim relating to these terms of sale, this site, the catalog, goods(s) or order(s), whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence or strict liability) or otherwise. In no event will the collective liability of LE exceed the amount you have paid to the company for the applicable order or goods out of which liability arose. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any remedy. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you
11) Sever Ability.
If any provision of these Terms of Sale are held illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any law by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Sale and the validity of the remainder of these Terms of Sale shall not be affected thereby.
12) Waivers and Amendments.
The waiver by either Party of any provision of these Terms of Sale on any occasion and upon any particular circumstances shall not operate as a waiver of such provision of these Terms of Sale on any other occasion or upon any other circumstances. These Terms of Sale may be waived or amended only in a writing signed by the Parties.
13) Limitation of Distribution
LE shall sell, and Distributor shall buy, the Goods, for onward sale to; (i) Distributor’s sub-distributors, (ii) Distributor’s retailers or (iii) end customers via the Distributor’s physical retail store(s) and/or Distributor’s Online Channels in the UK.
The Distributor shall not be permitted to sell the Goods through any online channels that it does not itself own or is not registered to the Distributor, or through any online retail channels that LE designates (which it may do in writing at any time) as being a non-authorised channel for the Goods, a current list of such non-authorised channels being included at [Amazon and Ebay websites]. Where the Distributor fails to comply with these provisions, LE shall be permitted to suspend its sale of Goods to the Distributor until such time as this breach has been rectified to LE’s satisfaction.
14) Applicable laws and regulations
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England will have [non-]exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, which may arise.
