Return Policy


Lepro offers returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery.


Returns for Personal Customers (B2C)


As a B2C customer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (cs@lepro.co.uk,) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation


1. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
2. All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. Lepro reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.
3. If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
4. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.
   If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return center.
   Items returned without an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please get in touch with our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
Goods returned without an authorized returns number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Christmas products are eligible for return or exchange with one exception: Christmas products are not eligible for return for any reason after December 24th of the year the purchase was transacted.
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with the manufacturer's original packaging.
Please try to keep the logistics tracking number and images for the package (better to include the product details) so that we can verify your order information.

Returns for Business Customers (B2B)


For B2B clients you still have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days on our website, but for B2B clients, for some orders, we do not accept returns.
1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. Customized products cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
3. Order over £1,000 cannot be returned. Please kindly test the sample first. Product warranty is available.

Return Process


1. Login to your account
2. Click the "Return Management" tab on the left of your Account Dashboard, to request a new RMA.
3. Submit the order you want to return.
4. If the return request meets our requirements, we will approve and send RMA (Return merchandise authorization) material in 1 business day.
5. Please send products to the order return address in RMA (Return merchandise authorization), and write down the tracking number (if there's a tracking number).
6. Please inform us of the tracking number (via mail or phone) to help us track and trace your parcel, so that  you get your refund as quickly as possible.

Important Notes:


a. Please do not send us items back that do not follow this process as they cannot be identified properly and will not be replaced or refunded.
b. Once we get your parcel and confirm all returned products, we will make the refund.
c. Please make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding with your return. 
d. Orders over 30 days of receipt of delivery cannot be returned. No refunds will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. Product warranty is available.

Refund Process


Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue the refund 1 business day after we receive the return.
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive a refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive a refund within 5 business days (depending solely on your card company's policies).
If you pay via bank transfer, you will receive a refund in 2 business days.
